How to get there:
This mountain is a short drive from the town of Hope. Get on Hwy. 3, running south-east. There is a nice parking area at the trailhead, turn left from the highway to park at location N49.25483, W121.18877, elevation about 660 meter.
Route description:
The trail is well marked all the way. There is a single signed trail fork where one should go left. As you leave the trees behind, keep left and ascend the obvious ridge straight ahead. There are 2 summits of nearly equal elevation. To reach the second summit requires a little scramble, easy (YDS) class 3.

Comments:
We left Hope around 0600. Google Maps claimed almost 75 kilometer of driving. First 25 km to the trailhead, then 25 more km to do a U-turn, finally 25 km back. Room for improvement? There is a separate left turn lane when you get to the trailhead, so only about 25 km drive.
We started hiking around 0630. Unfortunately, smoke in the air (from wildfires). A nice trail got us up to a short section of easy talus, then onwards to the first summit, arriving at 1015. After a short break there, we continued to the north summit. No difficulties, arriving around 1025. No views, only short range. The wildfire smoke severely limited our views.
We headed back down by 1045. The descent was smooth and we arrived at our car in a bit less than 3 hours. Thanks to Pål Jørgen for excellent company.
