How to get there:
A good point of reference is the small town Cache Creek on Hwy. 97.
Drive from there to location N50.55135, W121.09576, this is along Hwy. 97C, branching off
Hwy. 97 shortly south of Cache Creek. Follow this nice forest road to the trailhead
at location N50.59306, W121.0489, elevation near 1845 meter. Almost any car can get almost here,
shortly before this trailhead there is a creek crossing that will require a proper 4WD.
Route description:
Head towards the obvious summit hill. First, nicely among smaller trees, then more complicated
uphill crossing quite a lot of dead-fall. Finally, near the top, the terrain is again
quite good for walking.
Here is a quick summary of peaks climbed on this trip to British Columbia.
A track is posted on Peakbagger. Comments:
We came from 100 mile house in the morning and drove our jeep
to the trailhead without any issues.
The summit hike took about 30 minutes each way.
We built a proper cairn at the summit.
